You "gotta" be kidding.... an earthquake in Alaska and a tsunami warning to boot... of course !!! Tsunami warning has lifted and earthquake was downgraded from7.1 to 6.8. I haven't heard from my weary travelers yet this morning. It's only 7:30 a.m. there. Obviously they weren't rocked out of bed!!! but.... then again, Lee could sleep through an earthquake...... Jeff wasn't feeling too hot yesterday but they did manage to go on their scheduled seaplane ride. The enthusiasm wasn't quite as high so I'm thinking they were pooped and Jeff was still not up to snuff.. :-( Today they were planning on the train ride to Denali.... It's a long ride so they may put it off until tomorrow. They still have 4 days left so can head up tomorrow. It looks like they'll be having rain for the remainder of the trip... That too, sucks! Denali is supposed to have the grand views and wonderful sightings of Alaskan wildlife. I'm hoping they are are happier campers today.
On a brighter note, we had a great supper and birthday celebration at Kehoe's last night for Gabby's 11th birthday. I'm quite sure Danielle could prepare seaweed and it would taste amazing......
Bailee is here while her Mom visits the dentist so we're off to practice some printing...Staying in the lines is our goal before Wednesday's first day of Kindergarten!!!!
