The girls are off on a little "Staycation." My kind of traveling....an hour or less from home. Christopher Columbus I'm not! The only exploring I like to do is online or pretty near homebase! Today, Bailee, Jess and I are off to Hope Lake Lodge...sounds pretty relaxing and enticing all in one. This is Bailee's consolation prize for missing out on her Florida trip. She's earned it as all the improvements on her report card are in full swing....Her academics are awesome and the last few weeks she's been filling in the blanks and getting on track....Yay Bailee!!! Earned rewards leave lasting impressions.( and we now know that when Grandma speaks..she means business)
A couple of nights in a hotel, some good meals in the restaurants, some OUTDOOR swimming in the pool, waterslides, Murphy beds, suites and sweets and popcorn in bed..... Who could ask for more and less than an hour from home. Who needs Florida? Not me!!! See you at the end of the week with pictures...lots and lots of pictures!!!
