Movies for (the) all Ages!!!

I love movies.  I love going to the movies. I love movies and theaters so much that I made one of my very own ( a theater not a movie:-).  Yesterday the girls (Jess, B and Grandma) travelled back to the Ice Age.  It was a hot and hazy Sunday afternoon and we decided to cool off on the ice.  It was delightful!  The theater was filled with families that even included Dads!  Today's PG movies , animated and live, are made so well that the adults enjoy the subtle humor as much as the kiddos.  The big belly laughs were as enjoyable to hear as the little tummy ones!  Who would think that a giant crustacean eliciting a giant "Holy Crab!" from a talking molehog would make an entire theater chuckle out loud!!! There were no whines from boredom or tears from being sleepy.  Everybody had a fun 2 hours.  Maybe the 30 minutes of trailers could be shortened so old Grandmas didn't have to sit still for 2 full hours but other than that...no complaints!  The many film studios should be proud of the movies they are producing, the actors they acquire and the messages they impart.  Yesterday's movie really was entertainment for the whole family and who can argue with that!!!..... get my drift?   (you had to be there!)
