Political Humor

I've decided that the only thing I will garner from this political season is humor. Humor makes everything a little more palatable..Even an unattractive man is desirable if he has a good sense of humor. The only attribute that may surpass that would be intelligence but I've seen some pretty pathetic smarty pants!  I am already so over this presidential campaign season.  I don't like Obama (or Black Obama as Bailee calls him with absolutely no malice of forethought.) I'm not over the (blue) moon with Romney. I'm not a fan of Paul Ryan.  Democrats bore me and Republicans scare me. I'm screwed!! This is certainly not a good year to teach young adults about the necessity of politics and voting.  One thing I am sure about is that a President is an expensive figure-head and accomplishes absolutely nothing...whether you're an elephant or an ass!  Our futures are in the hands of Congress and if that doesn't scare you, walking through a corn field in the pitch dark to the hum of a chainsaw should be a piece of cake!  The only good thing about campaign season is the jokes, the billboards, the bumper stickers and the laughter !  Some people, somewhere should be in advertising.  How sad that our only choice in voting is to choose the lesser of 2 evils.... This year I may just vote for humor so if there's someone out there with that last name... you get my vote!
