Christmas and the New Year are in the books..and in the boxes, bags and totes. Time for the next holiday or two. We're keeping the tree up for a few more months. After all, the cathedral ceilings were in my design plans for a reason. The Christmas ornaments are gone and replaced by hearts, tulle and flowers. I doubt that Cupid will be leaving gifts on Valentine's Eve but you never know....Hard to anticipate what a little guy in diapers with a bow and arrow has in store. We're still in the depths of winter so our resident snowman is still in the house (or on the mantle) but he's feeling "love"ly! We can't forget Groundhog day so our two little buddies are peeking out of their holes and keeping us company during meals. Whether or not they see their shadows is up for debate! For all of you PC fans, I know we haven't decorated for the upcoming Martin Luther King holiday.......so, on Sunday night, upon retiring, I will turn out every light here at EIEIO and we'll celebrate with our own blackout. That's as good as it gets here.
