Of course it did. Something more to pay for. I'm thinking our plates in NYS should really be free.... After all, we provide housing, health care, meals, cable, education and even a little stipend to those upstanding citizens who dwell under Copper John and actually make those darned plates! So haven't we really paid for them already?
Here are a few that made me chuckle and made me pause for a second thinking how clever they would be on my vehicle.
