- Counters cancerous cell damage : Coffee contains hundreds of chemical compounds -- among them antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds that can decrease markers for the damaging process of inflammation.
- It may buffer depression! Nobody's sure, but one theory is that coffee drinking causes a short-term boost to energy and mood.

Jo, Java,Coffee......
No matter what you call it, it appears, this week anyway, that coffee is good for you! There are now at least 5 good reasons to drink at least 2-3 cups in the morning....
